This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is a compliance agreement entered into between the Hi-et Platform (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", or "the Company") and you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"), governing the collection, use, storage, sharing, transmission, deletion of your personal information and related data by Us. It aims to clarify the rules and methods for Us to process your personal information, as well as your relevant rights, so as to protect the security and legitimate rights and interests of your personal information.
This Policy applies to all relevant services operated by Us on the Hi-et Platform (including but not limited to official websites, iOS and Android mobile applications, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), mini-programs, web versions, etc., collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Services" hereinafter), covering all behaviors related to your personal information collected, used, stored, shared, etc. by Us during your registration, login, and use of the Platform's services.
By registering an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, using any function of the Platform or accepting any services provided by the Platform, you are deemed to have fully read, completely understood, clearly recognized and unconditionally agreed to abide by all terms of this Policy, and agreed that We will process your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. If you do not agree to any terms of this Policy, you shall immediately stop accessing, downloading, and installing the Platform, cease using all related services, and shall not register an account or perform any subsequent operations; once you start using the Platform's services, you are deemed to have accepted all constraints of this Policy.
This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Policy and the User Agreement, the terms that are more conducive to protecting the security of users' personal information and more in line with laws, regulations and the Platform's operational compliance requirements shall prevail; if there is no provision in this Policy, the User Agreement and the Platform's relevant rules shall prevail.
1. Data Controller and Contact Information
1.1 Data Controller
The controller of users' personal information on this Platform is KAIORANGE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, which is responsible for collecting, using, storing, sharing, transmitting, deleting and other processing behaviors of your personal information, and bears corresponding legal responsibilities.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): You may contact the above customer service email, who is responsible for handling consultations and complaints related to users' personal information and supervising the compliance of Our personal information processing behaviors.
Response Time Limit: We will give an initial reply within 1-2 working days after receiving your consultation, suggestion or complaint, and complete the handling and inform you of the result within a reasonable time limit according to the complexity of the matter, ensuring that your reasonable demands are properly resolved.
2. Scope of Application
2.1 This Policy applies to all users who access, browse and use the Platform's services, including but not limited to free users, paid member users, temporary visitors, and users who log in quickly through third-party social accounts, covering all behaviors of collecting, using, storing, sharing, transmitting and deleting your personal information by Us in the process of providing services.
2.2 This Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties, including but not limited to third-party websites, third-party applications, and services provided by third-party service providers linked through the Platform. If you use third-party services through the Platform, the collection and use of your personal information by third parties shall follow the third party's own privacy policy, which has no connection with Us, and We shall not bear any responsibility. It is recommended that you carefully read the third party's privacy policy before using the third-party services.
2.3 This Policy does not apply to non-personal information collected by Us, including but not limited to Platform operation data, user group behavior data, anonymized data, etc. We may freely use, analyze and process such non-personal information for Platform optimization, service upgrading, industry research, etc.
3. Age Requirement and Minor Protection
3.1 Age Requirement
In strict accordance with the requirements of Apple App Store, Google Play and relevant laws and regulations, this Platform is only open to users who are at least 18 years old (if the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher than 18 years old, the legal age of majority shall prevail), and does not provide any services to minors.
3.2 Minor Protection
We strictly abide by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant minor protection laws and regulations, and do not intentionally collect, use or store any personal information of minors under 18 years old, nor provide account registration, service use and other functions to minors.
If you find that a minor has registered or used the Platform's services without authorization, or if you, as a guardian, find that a minor has mistakenly registered an account, please immediately contact Us through the customer service email service@hi-et.com and provide relevant identity verification materials. After verifying the identity, We will immediately cancel the account and permanently delete the relevant personal data without retaining any backups, so as to ensure the security of the minor's personal information.
If a minor uses the Platform's services without authorization due to the guardian's inadequate supervision, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the guardian, and We shall not bear any liability for compensation.
4. Types and Methods of Information We Collect
We strictly follow the principles of "legality, legitimacy, necessity and minimization", and only collect the user's personal information necessary for providing Platform services, and do not collect information irrelevant to the services. All information collection obtains the user's explicit consent (except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations). The information collected by Us is mainly divided into the following categories, and the specific collection methods and purposes are as follows:
4.1 Registration and Account Information
4.1.1 Collected Content: When you register a Platform account, you need to provide true, accurate and complete registration information in accordance with the Platform's prompts, including but not limited to username, email address, and login password (the password will be encrypted, and We cannot view the original password). If you log in quickly through a third-party social account (if launched later), We will obtain your basic account information (such as third-party account nickname, avatar, etc.) from the third party. The collection of such information will follow the relevant rules of the third-party platform and require your explicit authorization.
4.1.2 Collection Method: Actively filled in through the Platform registration page, or obtained through third-party social account authorization. The email address information will be used for identity verification (sending verification emails) to ensure the security of account registration.
4.1.3 Collection Purpose: To create and manage your Platform account, complete identity verification, ensure account security, provide you with basic social services, distinguish the account permissions of different users, and ensure the normal provision of services.
4.2 Real Identity Verification Information
4.2.1 Collected Content: To ensure platform security and prevent fake accounts, robot registration and malicious behaviors, we cooperate with authorized third-party verification service providers (Persona, Veriff) to collect necessary identity verification information, including user identity authenticity data and behavioral risk data.
4.2.2 Collection Method: Collected with your explicit authorization during account registration or security review.
4.2.3 Collection Purpose: For real-name authenticity verification, anti-fraud risk control, blocking malicious accounts and maintaining platform community security. Verification data will only be used for compliance security management and will not be used for irrelevant commercial purposes.
4.3 Payment and Transaction Information
4.3.1 Collected Content: When you purchase value-added services of the Platform (such as Premium Membership) or recharge virtual coins, We will collect your payment-related information, including but not limited to payment method information (such as payment channel name), billing address, order records, consumption records, membership validity period, refund records and payment dispute-related information.
4.3.2 Collection Method: Collected through the payment operations initiated by you on the Platform and the synchronous provision (authorized by you) of third-party payment service providers.
4.3.3 Special Note: All payment information is processed by Our authorized compliant third-party payment service providers. We do not completely store your sensitive payment information such as bank card number and payment password, and only collect necessary transaction-related information for order management, refund processing, dispute resolution and compliance inspection. Payment data transmission adopts AES-256 encryption technology, which complies with the PCI DSS payment card industry security standard to ensure the security of your payment information.
4.3.4 Collection Purpose: To process payment transactions, complete order performance, handle refunds, resolve payment disputes, prevent payment fraud, ensure the safety and convenience of the payment process, and at the same time be used for tax declaration, compliance inspection and other related matters.
4.4 Personal Information Voluntarily Provided by You
4.4.1 Collected Content: You may voluntarily complete your personal information according to your own needs, including but not limited to personal avatar, gender, age, personal profile, lifestyle, preferences, social demands and other information. Such information is not necessary for using the basic services of the Platform. You may choose not to provide it, which will not affect your use of the basic functions of the Platform.
4.4.2 Collection Method: Actively filled in and uploaded through the "Me → Settings → Personal Information" page on the Platform. You may modify or delete such information at any time (except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).
4.4.3 Collection Purpose: To optimize social matching, provide you with personalized recommendation services (such as recommending users and content that meet your preferences), enrich the display of your personal homepage, and improve your social experience.
4.4.4 Warm Reminder: We recommend that you carefully publish sensitive personal information, and avoid filling in content that can directly identify your real identity (such as ID number, home address, contact information, etc.) to prevent personal information leakage.
4.5 Platform Usage and Interaction Data
4.5.1 Collected Content: In the process of your using the Platform's services, We will automatically record your usage behaviors and interaction data, including but not limited to: private message sending and receiving records, intelligent translation records, published dynamics, photos, videos and other content, browsing records, search records, follow relationships, fan lists, likes, comments, forwards and other various interaction behaviors, point consumption records, virtual currency usage records, membership rights and interests usage records, etc.
4.5.2 Collection Method: Automatically recorded by the Platform's background system and actively triggered by user interaction operations, without requiring you to provide additional manual input.
4.5.3 Special Note: We do not actively monitor or view users' private chat content in real time. However, to prevent fraud, malicious harassment, illegal behaviors, and comply with legal supervision requirements, the platform adopts intelligent risk control and sample compliance review. All review behaviors adhere to strict confidentiality principles and will not disclose users' private chat content to any third party.
4.5.4 Collection Purpose: To analyze your usage habits, optimize Platform functions and service experience, provide you with personalized content recommendations and social matching, manage your points, virtual currency and membership rights and interests, maintain the Platform community order, and prevent irregular behaviors.
4.6 Device and Technical Information
4.6.1 Collected Content: When you access, log in and use the Platform's services, We will automatically collect your device and technical information, including but not limited to IP address, device model, operating system version, browser type and version, login time, login region, browser cache identifier, session identifier, device identifier, application crash logs, running performance data, etc.
4.6.2 Collection Method: Automatically collected through the Platform application and web version, without requiring you to provide additional manual input.
4.6.3 Collection Purpose: For security verification, anti-fraud and risk control, including Google R3 risk detection and anti-bot protection, to prevent risks such as robot registration, account theft and network attacks, and ensure the stability and security of the Platform's services; at the same time, to analyze the Platform's operating performance, troubleshoot problems such as application crashes and freezes, optimize the Platform experience, and ensure the normal provision of services.
4.7 Location Information
4.7.1 Collected Content: With your explicit authorization, We may collect your rough location information or precise location information (depending on your authorization settings). Such information is only used to display nearby users, optimize social matching, help you find social objects around you, and improve social efficiency.
4.7.2 Collection Method: Collected through the location permission authorization of your device. You may turn off the location permission in the device settings at any time. After turning off, We will no longer collect your location information, and it will not affect your use of other basic functions of the Platform.
4.7.3 Collection Purpose: Only used for social matching and nearby user display, not for any other purposes. You can independently control the provision and closure of location information.
4.8 Information from Third-Party Sources
We may obtain limited information about you from legal channels, including payment service providers, identity verification institutions, user complaint information and authorized third-party login platforms. All information is obtained legally and used only for service provision, security risk control and dispute handling. We will not purchase user personal information from data intermediaries.
5. Purpose of Information Use
We only use your personal information within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, necessity and minimization, and in accordance with the purposes agreed in this Policy, and will not use it beyond the purposes clearly informed at the time of collection. If it is really necessary to use it beyond the original purpose, We will obtain your explicit consent again.
5.1 Provide and Maintain Core Services
Used to create, manage and protect your Platform account, verify your identity and ensure account security; provide you with basic social functions such as chatting, dynamic information flow, social matching, intelligent translation and content publishing; operate value-added services such as membership, points and virtual currency, record and manage membership rights and interests, point reset, virtual currency use and other related matters, ensure the normal provision of Platform services, and meet your basic social needs.
5.2 Process Payments and Transactions
Used for payment verification, order generation and transaction completion to ensure the safety and convenience of the payment process; handle refunds, respond to your payment consultations, resolve payment disputes, and protect your payment rights and interests; prevent malicious abuse behaviors such as chargebacks, credit card fraud and virtual currency theft, maintain payment order, and ensure transaction security.
5.3 Ensure Platform Security and Compliance
Used to identify and block robot accounts, spam accounts and fake accounts through intelligent risk control and manual review mechanisms; prevent malicious registration behaviors; investigate and eliminate bad content such as harassment, threats, vulgar pornography and illegal violations, and maintain the security and order of the Platform community; prevent security risks such as network attacks, account theft and data leakage, and ensure the security of your personal information and account; fulfill legal obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, cooperate with the investigation, evidence collection and call-up requirements of judicial organs and regulatory authorities, and ensure the compliance of Platform operation.
5.4 Optimize User Experience and Provide Personalized Services
Used to analyze your usage behaviors and preferences, optimize Platform functions and service processes, and improve Platform operating performance; provide you with personalized social matching, content recommendation, search ranking and other services, allowing you to quickly find users and content that meet your needs, improve your social experience; carry out user research and product testing, collect your feedback and suggestions, continuously iterate and optimize Platform services, and meet your personalized needs.
5.5 Communication Notifications and Customer Service
Used to send you service notifications (such as account abnormality reminders, order status notifications, point/virtual currency change notifications, etc.) and membership expiration reminders to ensure that you can timely understand relevant information; respond to your customer service consultations, handle your complaint demands, and solve the problems you encounter in using the Platform; after obtaining your explicit consent, push promotion information such as product updates and Platform activities to you, allowing you to understand the latest dynamics of the Platform.
5.6 Legal Compliance Purposes
Used to implement Our User Agreement and the Platform's relevant rules, and maintain the safety and legitimate rights and interests of Us, users and the public; comply with applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and industry norms, fulfill relevant legal obligations, and prevent legal risks.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We strictly protect the security of your personal information and will not sell your personal data to any third party for commercial marketing. We only share or disclose your personal information in the following limited circumstances, all in accordance with the principles of legality, compliance and necessity.
6.1 Authorized Cooperative Service Providers
We may share necessary information with payment service providers, cloud storage providers, security risk control providers, data statistics and analysis service providers, and customer service support providers. All cooperative parties have signed strict confidentiality agreements and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with Us. Shared data is limited to necessary service scope and will not be used for commercial promotion.
6.2 Legal Requirements and Security Protection
We may disclose personal information in accordance with legal mandatory requirements, judicial investigation procedures, or to protect platform security, user safety and public interests, and curb illegal and malicious behaviors.
6.3 Changes in Business Operations
In the event of enterprise merger, acquisition, asset sale or restructuring, user data may be transferred as platform assets and still protected by this Policy.
6.4 Public Information on the Platform
Your username, public avatar, public homepage information and publicly released dynamics and comments can be viewed by other users. You can adjust visibility permissions in personal settings.
7. Data Security Protection
We adopt industry-leading security technologies and management mechanisms to fully protect user data security:
7.1 Transmission Security: Adopt SSL/TLS full-link encryption and AES-256 payment encryption to ensure data transmission security.
7.2 Storage Security: Sensitive data adopts hash encryption storage, encrypted database and secure cloud storage to prevent data leakage and tampering.
7.3 Access Control: Strict internal permission management and identity authentication to avoid unauthorized access.
7.4 Intelligent Risk Control: Equipped with Google anti-bot system, R3 risk detection and multi-dimensional security audit monitoring to intercept abnormal behaviors in real time.
7.5 Internal Management: Standardized employee data security management and confidentiality training to strictly prevent internal data leakage.
7.6 Third-Party Supervision: Continuous compliance audit of third-party SDKs and cooperative institutions to ensure data processing compliance.
8. Data Retention Period
We follow the "minimum necessary retention" principle and fully comply with Apple and Google store specifications and international compliance requirements:
8.1 Account Registration Information: Retained during account validity period; retained for 2 years after account cancellation for compliance inspection.
8.2 Voluntarily filled personal information: Deleted immediately after user deletion or account cancellation.
8.3 Private messages and translation records: Automatically deleted within 30 days; manually deleted by users takes effect immediately.
8.4 User published content: Retained until actively deleted by users or account cancellation.
8.5 Browsing and interaction records: Anonymized after 6 months.
8.6 Payment and transaction records: Retained for 12 months after transaction completion for tax and compliance records (corrected from 12 years error).
8.7 Membership, points and virtual currency data: Retained for 6 months after expiration or consumption for dispute verification.
8.8 Device logs and security data: Retained for 6–12 months and then anonymized.
8.9 Dormant Account Rules: Consistent with the User Agreement, accounts with no usage for 12 consecutive months will be automatically cleaned up after notification reminder.
9. Your Personal Data Rights
In compliance with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other international privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability and withdraw consent.
California users enjoy exclusive CCPA rights including refusal of data sale, sensitive information restriction and non-discrimination protection. We clearly do not sell any user personal information.
You may exercise your rights by sending a verification application to service@hi-et.com, and we will complete the review and response within the legal time limit.
10. Apple ATT & Tracking Authorization
This platform strictly complies with Apple ATT framework. The application does not collect IDFA by default. IDFA will only be collected after your explicit system authorization, used only for personalized optimization, and will not be used for advertising sales. You may turn off tracking permission at any time without affecting basic functions.
11. Third-Party SDK Compliance Disclosure
The platform integrates compliant payment SDK, cloud storage SDK, statistics SDK and security risk control SDK. All third-party institutions have signed DPA and confidentiality agreements. No sensitive data is privately collected, and all data processing meets Google Play data safety and Apple store compliance requirements.
12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies and device identifiers only to maintain login status, record preferences, optimize experience and prevent risks. You may clear or disable Cookies manually, and partial personalized functions will be invalid without affecting basic social services.
13. Third-Party Links
The platform may contain third-party links. Third-party services are independently governed by their own privacy policies, and We do not assume any related responsibilities.
14. Marketing Push Management
We only push marketing messages with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through app settings or email unsubscribe entrance.
15. User Portrait and Personalized Recommendation
User portraits are used only for internal matching optimization. You can close personalized recommendations or delete behavioral records independently.
16. Cross-Border Data Transmission
The platform adopts standardized cross-border data transmission compliance mechanisms, signs DPA with overseas data processors, and ensures that cross-border transmission meets international data protection requirements without transmitting data to low-compliance countries and regions.
17. Policy Updates
We will update this Policy according to legal changes and platform operation needs. Major updates will be notified in advance through platform announcements and emails. Continued use of the platform after updates is deemed acceptance of the new Policy.
18. Final Terms
This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement and has the same legal effect. In case of conflict, the more privacy-protective clause shall prevail.
