Zero Tolerance Statement
Hi-et maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or endangers minors, including grooming, solicitation, distribution, and discussion of any form of child sexual abuse content.
Hi-et is an adult-only social platform restricted to users aged 18 and above. We do not provide any services to users under the age of 18, and minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.
In strict compliance with the latest global app store compliance specifications for anonymous and random-match social products, the platform completely prohibits anonymous registration, anonymous chatting, and unsupervised stranger matching. All social interactive functions are only available after mandatory real-name verification.
1. Mandatory Real-Name Verification & Strict Age Control
All users must complete government-issued identity verification through our authorized KYC service provider Persona before accessing any social features, including private chat, moment publishing, user matching, and public content browsing.
The system automatically identifies the user’s real age based on official identity documents. Users under 18 years old will be marked as minor accounts and completely restricted from all interactive and social permissions.
The platform strictly prohibits anonymous registration, anonymous chatting, age falsification, and multi-account registration to evade security restrictions. Any violation will result in account restriction or permanent ban.
2. Content Moderation & CSAM Prevention Mechanism
Hi-et adopts a dual safety review system: Google official content safety API intelligent scanning + 24/7 manual review.
All user-generated content including texts, images, videos, posts, comments, and private chat records is monitored in real time. Any content involving CSAM, minor exploitation, minor privacy disclosure, cyberbullying, indecent inducement, or other risks harmful to minors will be automatically intercepted or immediately deleted.
Violating accounts will be muted, restricted, or permanently banned according to the severity of violations. The platform conducts secondary re-scanning of all historical content every week to remove hidden risky content and ensure no missed violations.
3. Reporting & Emergency Response Mechanism
The application provides an in-app public safety reporting entrance for users to report inappropriate content, harassing behavior, illegal accounts, and child safety risks at any time.
Our professional child safety team is on duty 24/7 all year round.
Normal reports will be reviewed and resolved within 24 hours. Emergency cases involving minor safety threats or confirmed CSAM content will be prioritized and processed within 3–6 hours.

4. Prohibited User Behaviors
All users must comply with the following child safety rules:
- Prohibit publishing, distributing, requesting, or sharing any CSAM or minor-related indecent content;
- Prohibit active inducement, harassment, or inappropriate contact with minors;
- Prohibit guiding or inducing any user, especially minors, to transfer to third-party platforms for private contact;
- Prohibit falsifying age or identity to evade platform safety rules.
Any violation will result in immediate account restriction or permanent ban.
5. Legal Compliance & Mandatory Reporting Obligations
Hi-et fully complies with COPPA, GDPR, international CSAM prevention standards, and minor protection laws in all regions where the platform is available.
Once CSAM content or serious child safety violations are confirmed, we will retain complete evidence including chat logs, timestamps, user information, and IP records. We will actively report violations to relevant regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies, and fully cooperate with official investigations and legal procedures.
6. Continuous Safety Optimization
We continuously upgrade AI risk identification models, strengthen cooperation with Google content review systems, and provide regular professional CSAM and child safety training for moderation teams to improve the platform’s safety protection capabilities.
